.
Since most of the company's Head Offices are in Karachi that's why Karachi give that much Income Tax. Now that's BS. what about all those most of the companies consumer is outside karachi, employee are outside karachi. How come then Karachi pay that much income tax? These figures really need to corrected.

The only plus point is that I enjoy 24x7 electricity

Karachi is equivalent to non metro Tier 1 Indian cities

Karachi is enormous because of huge population and Pakistan's sole active sea port. I can say Jaipur is better in some sense because of infrastructure like Metro rail in 3-4 years.

in that sense even manchester or bradford or any small UK city is better than mumbai just because manchester has better life style and better infrastructure, karachi is an industrial city, big industries are in karachi which jaipur or agra doesnt have

secondly jaipur doesnt have the port

you have idiotic brains my friend, learn to be more mature and understanding of things

also karachi has not one port but 2 ports

. .
Karachi is only active port as Gwadar still lacks road connectivity for being a usable port.

gawadar doesnt lack road connectivity, have you heard of makran highway??, gawadar lacks proper functionality, its operations are limited

Makran Highway don't connect Gwadar with Quetta or Punjab. So, Karachi Port still have lots of pressure.

Karachi is enormous because of huge population .
You really haven't know about the conditions of Karachi, cuz enormous huge population of Karachi is kind of burden on its overall income.

In every such cases, Those places are more preferred where your market lies, instead of the place where consumer lives. after all of crisis it is facing Karachi still maintains as a attractive point for most of Capitals .
