I agree with your view. In the sources that I have accessed there was a confusion about the classification of Jatts under the Varna system. They were pastoral and agriculturalists by profession but war-like and aggressive by outlook. So it seemed that they fit into both the Vaishya and Kshatriya...

The jealousy reference was about our ability (however flawed) to hold international sports events. I do not need to tell you where your country stands in this respect. And even a 10yr old kid would understand that its not a resource crunch that is holding up payments, but corruption...

Thats a jealous hater speaking, nothing else. And of course state actors were involved. How do you think such a scale of corruption is possible. Being a Pakistani you should know how corruption works.
