Remember TATA wanted to setup a power and fertilizer plant way back in ......, but Khaleda ensured that he failed. Had that been up...BD would have ben a power surplus...

Back to the topic after a good ":pdf:laughter show" I think they are working together because both see the schools of west as the real competitors. NASA had been holding these competitions since some time and schools in west has some experience in them. Schools in the sub-continent "feel"...

MQM had the grip over Karachi, because of it's cadre. Now this grip is being challanged by other groups, taliban included, who also have good foot soldiers.I hope this fight for dominance doesn't harm the otherwise peaceful population of Karachi.

Many things of Indian origin was adopted by ancient arabs and spread them to teh west, creatin g the impression of them being of their origin ( there were no patent laws... :) ). One good example of them being the present day numeral system. In the west it was known as Arabic numeral system...

Can some one share more info on Goa Monorail project? Goa was the first city which comissioned the monorail project, but there were some strings of accidents/near accidents on it. I hope all the best for the Mumbai's monorail and hope the shortcommings of Goa Projects are well taken care.
