As the information minister announced that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will appear before the JIT probing the Panama Papers case, #MeinBheeNawazHoon started trending on Twitter.

Some used the hashtag to laud the PM for strengthening democracy by appearing for investigations while others criticised him for allegations of corruption.

Govt has one day to respond to all the charges - and since it's become public - it will be impossible for Govt to defend.

And Justice Khosa's remarks re Godfather and this bench's Sicilian Mafia (different context though) has given huge ammunitaion to PTI.

Now it is upto Juduciary, PTI, and Media to provide moral support to JIT to let it function.

Nopes- didn't get a chance to read his articles.

He, Absar, Umer Cheema, Sohail Warraich, Abdul Maalick, Ansar Abbasi, Najam Sethi, Javed Ch, Salman Ghani, Shahzaib Khanzada all are on PMLN's payroll that is why Hussain Nawaz only appeared in his favourite anchors programs.

As a side note; Rehman Malik just stated that he will appear in front of JIT and present facts and he stands by his investigation.

He has always been double edged sword - if he is telling the truth that it's too damaging for $harif.

Knowing his closeness with Zardari I doubt that Zardari will play use his card so easily, unless he is sure that end of Nawaz is sure, in such a situation Rehman Malik's statement could be lethal for $harifs.

Have lot of admiration for JIT members.. The way they are putting up with..intimidating tactics of govt and bikaao media is commendable.. We must aappreciate them a lot...

Now the main thing to note is tomorrow's SC's reaction.. If SC doesnt give appropriate and immediate directions tomorrow, on JIT's reservations...and again tries to delay the matter....then we can surely say..ke SC topi drama karrahi hai.. Feeling bad for JIT members...

Advocate aur pakora par bharosa nahi kiya jaasakta.. I have a feeling they will again gve another date tomorrow.. Kal SECP aur doosre instituitions se keh dein ge ke reply submit karein..aur phir ek aur date de dein ge..shayad 16th ki... Because 16th ko nihal hashmi ko bhi bulaya hai.. Kal tu sirf AG se reply submit karanay ko kaha tha.. Ab jab kal hearing hogi tu saaray instituitions se kahein ge ke ab 16th ko reply karein.And they will postpone the hearing..rather than gving directions tomorrow itself.. Agar roz roz JIT ko SC bulaya jata rahay ga...tu woh apnay kaam par focus kaisy karein ge? Wh tu inn hi cheezon main phans kar reh jayein ge...

They will just postpone the hearing to another date like they have done with H Nawaz's petition tht instead of dismissing tht..SC keeps on gving dates after dates on tht..and is keeping JIT engaged in the matter.. Hw will JIT keep focus on its actual work? Unless and until JIT's reservations are addressed at the earliest by SC in a definite way..how will JIT complete its work in specified time?

Based on what's happening and reported:

- JIT's reservations report and progress report becoming public has put entire Govt., machinery on back foot.

As it highlights Hussain's non cooperation as well as roadblocks by all depts under Govt.

Govt has to give lot of explanations now.

With Shahbaz and Rehman Malik appearing soon; it seems report will be finalized without much delay.

Now its up to judges what they want.

I think Justice Ijazul Ahsan might be regretting, tht he didnt side with Justice Khosa and Gulzar at tht time...and he thought to give them one more chance of explanation.. He might be regretting tht now

Waisy do u think..advocate and pakora will be addressing JIT's reservations in substantive manner to orrow..and will give directions tomprrow..or they will again ask SECP and other instituitins to submit their replies, and then postpone hearing till next date? He is a beneficial of this corrupt party. He got appointed to the post of an ambassador and to many other important positions including MD PTV for his "services" and please read this word with all its negative connotations.
