The Saudi Land Forces and Air Force are top notch, but their Navy could use an immediate update.

The Saudi air force hasn't been tested yet, so you can't really say it's top notch, unless by top notch you mean they're really good at killing innocent women and children.

As for their land forces, they're a joke, which is why the Houthis are still present in southern Saudi territories.

The Emiratis are far more competent, hence the reason why they're on the front lines.

It's the same type of anti-ship missile that killed many UAE navy personnel a few months ago.

It was old Chinese C-801. Be sure Iranian missile called Noor, would have bisected the ship if were used against that ship like the one Hezbollah used against Israeli Saer-5 warship. :

Yemen has plenty of old Russian and Chinese missiles and most of them are being used by Yemeni army.
