I'm skeptical!! SIT have to deal not only internal hurdles but international bureaucratic hurdles. Additionally any govt. would have to form SIT following SC orders.
They are trying to open or at least pretend to open Pandora box ...let see how many surprises/ monsters will be revealed.
Any way step in right direction ... they

The Italians are in biiiiig trouble now.
Their only option is to take an Alitalia flight back and throw their Indian passport. I don't think we have an extradition treaty with them.
There's a big difference. All these guys that are hiding the money have earned it. It is illegal but it is not public money. They can be investigated later.
OTOH what Congress and its pets have hidden is Indian taxpayers money. Sold off spectrums, coal blocks and what not which are national assets to make money.

1800 freakin' crores were spent on madam's US treatment visits. Which incidentally would have amounted to more if there wasn't an arrest warrant for here that was issued by a US court. This money was purely Indian taxpayers money on someone who doesn't and hasn't held any office in India other than being a party's president. Who accounts for that blatant misuse of Indian tax payers money?.
