I believe he wants to bring himself as undisputed self-imposed khalifa.

Recently he had used every trick to present himself as some kind of super natural spritual leader which btw all were against sharia.

i wont be suprised if he claimed having some visions .

Sir I am still looking for that answer my father thinks he is coming most probably for his children wedding but what ever is the case if he wants to bring some change he should stay in Pakistan and not run away and hide in protection of Canadian agencies and British ones and also be brave and stand firm on his views rather than changing them to come one media
