By "you" I meant state of pakistan. how they were tolerating terrorism for some geostrategic considerations.. as you mentione in your post.

Pakistan is going through political challenges but that does not mean the importance of the operation against the terrorists has been forgotten. Just yesterday the Army Chief, Raheel Sharif, said that a united approach which includes the whole nation and the security forces can eventually eliminate terrorism and ensure durable peace in Baluchistan and the rest of the country. He also said that the nation has rejected terrorism. Our Secretary of State, John Kerry, has said in his message on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence: “Our security partnership also remains critical. We support efforts by Pakistan’s civil society and government to stand up against extremists. We stand by your side in the struggle to develop a Pakistan where Pakistanis have a say and a stake in the nation’s success.” It is important to note that defeating terrorism is synonymous with peace and prosperity. And we have full faith that with the terrorists on the run success is just round the corner.
