Nothing new, every other commentator is saying America needs to get tough on Pakistan. Just that he's hit a concilliary note by saying that Pakistan's concerns (often repeated by Pakistan openly) about Baloch insurgents getting refuge across the border should be addressed.

Hardly an admission of guilt, just something all countries should do. He's just reminding Pakistan of their duties as a responsible neighbor.

Had the afghan territory not being used for terrorism inside Pakistan, Zalmay wouldn't had mentioned the need, but since he mentioned the need, it means he knows it too that things are not OK and something is being done from Afghan territory to bring unrest in Baluchistan and Pakistan.

So whatever suits you best, take that meaning out of it, what suits us, we will take the meaning out of it.

Aren't you assuming much? Who is this Zalamy Khalilzad to certify that Afghanistan territory is been used to instigate Anti Pakistan activities? Just a single line ! which has no backing whatsoever to to reveal the merits of its claims. Interestingly Mr. ZK is stressing to engage with Pakistan to addresses Pakistan's concern which she typically make. A mix of political correctness and symbolic draft of diplomatic engagement like India signed at Sharm el sheikh.

People are mucking around here looking for a single credible proof which Pakistan rants but haven't yet bestowed. But now the desperation is so high among all of us specially Pakistani posters that they have gone low on nitpicking lines and alter the headings (against forum rules). Furthermore a super moderate has to jump in and denounces the counter argument to halt discussion, which he was suppose to encourage.
