If ever arrested, hang them publicly. One good thing about Iran's police is that such cases are solved quickly and perpetrators arrested in a short time, and hanged. A similar case happened for a 7 year old girl. Murderer was arrested in few days and hanged publicly less than two months later. Public outrage was so enormous after the incident.
