Exactly, without proof u can not accuse anyone, if anyone calls shahid masood an ISI agent, he must prove it with solid evidence, just like shahid masood have to prove his claims, now that he is in the court, so must prove all his allegations in a court of law, before that he or anyone cannot call anyone guilty..
No one can be called a criminal untill proven guilty by a court of law.
Its a simple logic, same and consistent for everyone, everywhere in all circumstances.

One thing I like to say that Zainab family should also be held accountable for her rape/murder. How in the world that little innocent girl was going all alone in the street. Where were her elder siblings to escort her to some other house. Why did they took it so casually while knowing the very fact that the area is not safe. 8 girls of her age were raped and murdered within 2-3 km of vicinity. Every parent in that area should had been extra alert when it comes to little children that something is not right there yet she was allowed to roam freely. Sorry to say but girls elder brother/sister and the parents equally responsible for her death. Parents should had instructed their elder children about Zainab safety.

There is a video of shahid masood, where he is claiming that he heard the recording of, 35 puncture, but then in court he was unable to prove it.
