i think pak govt. should ban this website. bcoz zaid hamid always give statement which make a conflict b/w pak-india, pak-israel, pak-usa. that's not good for pak with others countries relation. i hope all u agree with it.

expression of freedom by speech !!! there is no truth that i hate zaid hamid i can understand his emotion. but i think if u want real freedom u don't need to express ur emotion by ugly speech, u have to improve ur self u have to develop yourself(pakistan). i hope zaid hamid never did any social work for poor people or for your country instead of spreading conflict. so stop supporting these type of person. i am not saying these type of persons not in india but i really hate these type of persons.

NO sir, your reading is not correct. Zaid talks of equality with every country instead of dominating them. He doesn't talk about invading any country or destroying it not to make 40 pieces of any country unlike some Indian Freaks that do. But yes when it comes to fore-telling of Ghazwatulhind or Ghazwa-e-Hind, he does talk about this war with India but it is not Zaid who prophecized it. People of Pakistan are not stupid who have endorsed his opinions to this levels. It might not suit India for BrassTacks to exist but BrassTacks is a an important platform for Pakistan and people of Pakistan.

1. He claimed that the real name of Ajmal Amir Qasab is Amar Singh and the other guy who was shot dead as Hiralal. Now since their identities have been verified(by international and our very own media), I would like to know how did Mr. Hamid came to know their hindu names. (cooked up?)

2. In one of his rants(read BRASSTACKS), he had dwelled over the seperation of East Pakistan, all the time saying that it was a Hindu Zionist conspiracy but not once mentioning or acknowledging the role our own politicians had to play that resulted in the seperation.

3. He is a supporter of Zia-ul Haq and Musharraf and prefers dictatorship over democracy.

4. His monologue, as earlier pointed out on this post, in one of his earlier shows about western banking systems are laughable at best. This guy has an opinion on everything but information on nothing.

5. In one of his recent programs, he had suddenly unearthed a speech apparently given by Jinnah to the State Bank of Pakistan. For more than 60 years, no one seemed to have found this speech but suddenly it appeared in front of zaid hamid and that too at a very opportune time. This speech apparently denounces the western model of banking and propagates the islamic banking system, something that zaid hamid has always crowed about. Given that quaid-e-azam had very few islamic qualities in him(he smoked and he drank too and he wasnt a regular namaazi either), its hard to believe that! He never gives any proof for his stories and he always calls them 'research'.

About AMAR SINGH, he is actually Indian MP Amar Singh's twin brother. As a child he got lost a fair, then he was kidnapped by Shiv Sena terrorists from the merry go round in the fair but as he was being carried away from there he slipped from their hands and fell in to the Sutlej and floated down in to Pakistan. As he grew up there he remembered his long lost family and could only dream of being re-united with his family. All he could recall was that they were on the side of the water.
