Hamid Gul has confirmed that he will get lashes while in custody even before sentencing. So lashes are already happening. Hope it is in the public square :p

This is called karma...He was an advocate of an Arab religion..he was spitting venom against the land and religion of his ancestors just because that Arab religion is against paganism...see the result?I strongly believe in karma.
But if this is true and if pak doesn't get him back,it shows its impotency..no country can just arrest a person like that..he was on a visit to that country and suddenly Arab police come and arrest him..unless he was found with any evidence that should be punishable ,Saudi or any country can't arrest foreigners like that...it shows their arrogance and how cheaply they view pak..can they do the same to a Chinese,Indian,US or some Europe citizen?

As per the reports zaid was arrested for hate speeches against Saudi which were given in pak..hey what is this !then why did they give him permission to visit their country? And after giving permission they arrested him like this..This is highly unacceptable .Pakistanis if they have any self respect should go to any extent to free him..but the question is can beggars be choosers?

That is different..but India would never allow its citizens to be arrested like that..you might have known devayani case in US..US expressed regret for the way it dealt with her.If anything like this happens to an Indian you can see Indian media shouting 24\7 from the top of the roofs.You are not realising the sensitivity of the issue..a person who went to an X country after that X country issued the visa was arrested by that X country after he lands there...for you it may be common but not for us

It is not common for us. Indians are looked down upon in Gulf and are not treated like say US or Europeans. There was an Indian guy arrested for liking a Facebook post, if you remember. Indian citizenship holds no special status to KSA.
