Yes that has been foretold by Niamat Ullah Shah Wali. Somebody who will be 'Ardsheri' (Warrior) and "Junaidi" (Suffi Scholar) + he will wear Red Cap + he will have hazel eyes. All this holds true for Zaid Hamid. So most proebly, all these prophecies are about Zaid that he will be very powerful President of the country and will change its fate.
All this holds true for Zaid. But this foretelling does not have religious backing. NiamatUllah Shah Wali was only a Muslim suffi who predicted happenings till the end of times and every prediction he made has been true so far but prophecies are not from the book of God or Sunnah of Holy Prophet that cannot be untrue. So we can still have some element of doubt in the sayings of Niamat Ullah Shah Wali.
