Z-10 or T-129 Atak or AH-1Z for the Pakistan Army?

if experts say z10 is not battle tested, then when did t 129 became battle tested. I still think more emphasis should be given to z10.

If I were the Pakis decision maker I would go with Z-10 blindly.

I think it will be the biggest mistake Pakistan would do if they go with T-129 for one big reason it's the cost Pakistan can buy at least 1.5 Z-10 more than T-129.

T-129 never battle proven the only battle proven choppers are the Mi-24-35 and the Apache the others never seen battles.

By the way even choppers like the famous apache are volnerouble to the sam missiles.

these planes offer the ability to curry enough weapons even some pods for targeting plus low speed to have enough time on the target, ability to fly high to avoid the man pads, cost effective.

Iraqis made some deals with beech craft for some of these but Iraqis are not united and the government so week thanks to the west who never stand with the Iraqi government while they keep sending amnesty to scare the already shaking men in the office.

Except Cobra, Apache and MI24 series ..non is battle tested helicopter or use in counter insurgency...yet. And very few helicopter in the world has quality of precision strike while moving and Cobra is one of them ...

In comparison of weapons, T-129 is better than Z-10.
In comparison of electronics (radar, mission computers, HMDS), T-129 is better than Z-10.
So in my opinion, European electronics in T-129 will be better than Chinese Electronics of Z-10. And TOT will definitely give benefit to the Pakistani Electronics Industry.

Those sam missiles can only hit 3500meter high, but Atak can clibm to almost 6000 meters unlike russian mades(for example tiger can climb to 3000 meters) so basically it would be impossible for IS to hit Atak helicopter. Thats why iraq demanded Apache and US approved it.
Also, apache use the engine of s-70 seckorsky helicopter, which will be manufactured in Turkey soon. Turkey can use those engines(or the technology to make its own) in the future and have really competitive helicopter. But chine still has no experience about engine..

Once TOT of T-129 is achieved, then price will come down gradually.

Another option would be to get the Z-10 from China and get the avionics & weapons updates from Turkey, if both agrees.

Based to wikipedia the MI-35 and MI-28 they can reach as high as 4900 Meter that's way above any man pad to reach.

Now the Z-10 can reach as high as the Apache can get or 6400 Meter.

any way Iraq refused the purchase of the Apache may be because the the manufacturer ask for big price.
