As per sources She was captured inside Afghanistan along with one or two children with maps of building biological weapons.
But not convicted about it. Strange

New Recruit
When she was arrested by agencies in Karachi then how comes she reappeared in Afghanistan? She was questioned here only after that she crosses the border to carry out the attacks.Incorrect Sir. She was apprehended in Karachi by Pakistani agencies. She re-appeared later outside Bagram airbase trying to help in carrying out terrorist attacks. Pakistani agencies also took two of her children and later reached an "accommodation" with her family. The attempted murder charges and conviction came much later when she tried to escape.

Look who's calling a retard , yeah you guessed it a retardYou have serious comprehension issues...
I don't want to continue a debate with a retard.
Bye.
so every murderer should be raped.... ?She committed murder, she should have been raped. Good.
I think most of those locked up in similar situation did not get a fair trial... pretty sure.. am saying this because of a story i got to know.. you can ignore it saying yeah its not reliable...She eventually got the justice she deserved, but that was by due process, under which she has certain rights which are inviolable.

i met a guy few years ago with my friends.. later on my friend told me he was caught in USA(he was a student) after 9/11, tortured to confess that he has done some crime(he did not commit) and kicked out of USA to India.... the guy is not even muslim(he is hindu), so its not islamophobia. thankfully he has rebuilt his life, works for reputed MNC in india... got family and everything.
american justice system could be better than india....but thats pretty crappy standard to compare against....
And this woman was raped by 6 men. You seem to be concerned by qualifying the woman with "Muslim" as if the crime is greater as a consequence of the prefix. Reveals your thought process.A muslim woman was raped by 6 men at a US base but you seem to be more concerned with the title having "US soldiers" in it instead of men.
yeah.. but it does not cite any torture and threat of jail on fake charges(not sure if it is legal in USA to threat somebody of jail by trumped up charges so that the person confesses to a lesser crime that you wanted to charge with anyway). His deportation record will highlight everything that he underwent and its legal reasons, I am quite sure.

in any case this is relatively minor thing, pretty sure they just wanted to deport him, not jail him.... the 'due process' is a farce is what I am saying.. not saying people are necessarily innocent of any crime.
No, but
Attempted Murder X2,
Assault with a deadly weapon
carrying and using a prohibited firearm.
Assault without causing actual bodily harm X3
Is very much a crime, that deserved the punishment she got.
yo bro... i dont even know the guy.. he was friend of a friend... who told the story to me... that too long time ago... if he committed felony he should be jailed.. and then probably deported... he was never jailed....What he claims may not be true. Please quote his Deportation Case Number if you have it. He must have committed a felony for which a jail term of more than 6 months can be given. The law is quite clear.

even i suspect some minor crime like may be visa term violation... which he could be hiding..
i am not saying deportation was definitely wrong, it could have been right... but torture was wrong... men dont admit torture usually... i guess its a masculinity thing... it makes you look weak.. he had no reason to tell his friends. This friend of a friend is lying, plain and simple. He committed a deportable offence and was deported. End of story.
