Yogi Adityanath gets legal notice ‘for calling Lord Hanuman a Dalit’

.
Then you have clearly not read the Ramayana.

The reason Bali marries Sugreev's wife is because sugreeva became an outcaste and is "considered" dead for all practical purpose. And the onus of taking care of the wife of the brother falls on the elder brother and then its permitted to marry her as per the smriti.

All of Sugreeva's courtiers were exiled with him including Hanuman.

it seems that its you who have not read the ramayan , Valli was killed for appropriating his brother's wife

Book IV : Kishkindha Kanda - The Empire of Holy Monkeys
Chapter [Sarga] 18

"Realise this reason by which I have eliminated you... you misbehaved with your brother's wife, forsaking the perpetual tradition. [4-18-18]

"While the great-souled Sugreeva is still alive, you with your habit of sinful acts have lustily misbehaved with Sugreeva's wife Ruma, who should be counted as your daughter-in-law. [4-18-19]

You need to ask the chinese who has the legend of Hanuman as the 'Monkey King' and his famous travel to the 'west' i.e. India.

The difference - hanuman was tribal Dalit which is confirmed by Uttar Pradesh CM - Yogi and Su Wukong is a monkey character in a 16th century novel Journey to the West

Bali was killed because Rama made a promise to Sugreeva to kill him and restore the kingdom to him, and in turn Sugreeva promised him to help find his wife Sita.

The reasoning mentioned above was when Bali asked Sri. Ram as to why he was killed by shooting at him while Sri. Rama was hidden.

Sri. Ram replied that who was Bali to question him about the appropriate behavior when he himself was guilty of exiling his brother for unjust reason and then marrying his wife.

When sugreeva though Bali was dead, he married Bali's wife as was the custom of the day. But when Bali came back, he punished Sugreeva by exiling him for life and thus declaring him "dead" for all practical purpose and then marrying his wife wile he was still alive.

Sugreeva did what he did as per dharma, what Bali did was against dharma and in angry and out of spite.

The difference - hanuman was tribal Dalit which is confirmed by Uttar Pradesh CM - Yogi and Su Wukong is a monkey character in a 16th century novel Journey to the West written during the Ming Dynasty

Chinese characters of the Monkey king Sun is a retelling and embellishment of the exploits of Hanuman.

For e.g. Hanuman is born of the Wind, Vayu to Anjana (which is also a gem stone). Similarly Su Wukong is born when his stone egg is exposed to the Wind.

2. Hanuman tricks the Raksasa Surasa by growing large and then suddenly growing small and entering and exiting her mouth. Similarly he enters the mouth of Raksasa Simhika in a similar manner.

Su Wukong too similarly enters the moth of a monster called (wait for it) Raksasi and enters her mouth and stomach and exists from it.

3. Similarly Kishkinta is described as a mountains land with many caves and water falls.

Su Wukong too follows a group of monkeys into a mountainous land with many caves with waterfalls hanging like curtains and makes that into his monkey kingdom.

There are many such examples and similarities you can find when you read both the books.

There is no ban on dalits managing any temple, much less Hanuman temple.
how about dalit priest for any temple or hanuman temple ?

Union Minister Satya Pal Singh: Neither tribal, nor Dalit, but Hanuman was an Aryan

The controversy regarding the caste of Lord Hanuman doesn’t seem to end in the near future with politicians making bizzare statements everyday. The latest politician to add to the ongoing debate is Union Minister Satyapal Singh, who on Saturday said that Hunuman was an Aryan as there was no other caste during the time of Lord Ram and Hanuman. The statement has come after Nand Kumar Sai, Chairperson of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, called Hanuman a tribal.

The
controversy brewed after the Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, during an election rally in Alwar, said that Bajarang Bali was a forest-dweller, who used to live in the mountains. Dalits, deprived, Hanuman took everyone long and unites everyone from east to west, north to south. Though CM Adityanath didn’t directly call Hanuman a dalit, he alluded to it.

After Adityanath’s comment, Nand Kumar Sai said that Hanuman is a gotra among tribals, like ‘Giddha’ gotra or ‘Reechh’ gotra. He stressed that there was a ‘Tigga’ gotra as well which meant ‘vanar’ or monkey. Sai claimed that these ‘Garud’ and ‘Reechh’ were part of Lord Ram’s army when he went to war with Ravana. And based on these facts, Hanuman was not a Dalit but a tribal.

you commented sugriva was an outcaste ashe was ostracized from the kingdom, since he was later reinstated as the king of Kishkindha , what was his caste ?

Su Wukong , may have been based on hanuman's exploits but its a novel/classic's fictitious character, whereas Hanuman is a religious figure of an epic (ithihasa).

That is what I said, Su Wukong is based on Hanuman.

Sugreeva was a Vanara king, he did not have a varna / caste.

'Dalit' is not a caste. It's a common moniker given to all those who are ostracized by their community including caste.

As BJP Tilts Towards Hindutva, Yogi Adityanath Becomes Its Most Sought After Campaigner in Semi-finals to 2019

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has been an extremely busy politician over the past one month. He has addressed 74 election rallies across four out of the five states where assembly polls were to be held, with the maximum - 26 - being in Rajasthan.

The saffron-clad firebrand leader has outnumbered even Prime Minister Narendra Modi in terms of campaign rallies for these elections, which have been billed as the big semi-final before the 2019 general elections.

The rise in his number of rallies cements Yogi Adityanath as the BJP’s most sought-after ‘star campaigner’, but it is also indicative of the party’s changing political strategy for the elections.

“Hanuman was a forest dweller, deprived and a Dalit," the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister had told at a poll rally in Alwar.

A right-wing group in Rajasthan has sent a legal notice to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asking him to apologise within three days for allegedly calling Lord Hanuman a Dalit.

Rajasthan Sarv Brahmin Mahasabha president Suresh Mishra has now sent a notice to Mr. Adityanath, accusing him of dragging Lord Hanuman’s caste for political gain for the BJP in the State where Assembly polls will be held on December 7.

The notice reads, “I am saddened that UP chief minister called Lord Hanuman deprived. His statement has hurt religious sentiments of several devotees. Those who are deprived they get strength to fight the odds. It is a sheer attempt to take political mileage in election.”

Mr. Adityanath’s comments have triggered a political row prompting the Congress to blame the BJP for its “dual face”.
