Most Americans actually want better relations with Russia, the older folks are the ones who are Russophobic (largely due to Cold War just like Russia today, mostly older people hater America but younger ones want closer relations). I don't think many Americans will think Russia is evil after watching a Hollywood movie, most of us agree it's a movie and entertainment not real. That said, right now there's serious distrust of the Government and media in America right now, so anything they try to push will be a lot harder to believe.

Most boomer cons are anti Russia cause of the hangover of the Berlin Wall of the early 1990s I hope relations improve but the stupidty of politicians here will never let that happen

People don't seem to fully comprehend the power of media, it is very effective at changing people’s opinion. It should be considered not only as a tool for entertainment, but also for the purpose of rendering something unfavourable favourable.

If you want to control a country, control the media.
