At least 45 Houthi militias were killed after an Arab coalition air raid targeted their convoy in the near the town of Burj, west of Taiz.

Among those killed was senior Houthi militia figure Amin al-Humaidan as the raid also destroyed a number of the militias’ weapons and vehicles.

The raid comes just two days after the Arab coalition reported that it had intercepted a ballistic missile fired by Houthi militias towards the Yemeni army outpost in al-Dhabbab province in Taiz.

Army sources reported that the missile was launched from the Khaled camp near Taiz.

Most of Taiz province is controlled by Houthi militias, who are besieging forces allied with UN-backed President Abedrabbo Mansour Hadi holed up in the provincial capital of the same name.

In the western province of Hodeida, Saudi-led coalition aircraft carried out a series of strikes on a rebel training camp on Saturday, leaving "dozens of dead and wounded," a military official said.

The camp, 70 kilometres (45 miles) east of Hodeida city, is home to young recruits enlisted by the Houthi militias, who two weeks ago forced each district of Hodeida to send 30 young people there for conscription.

Text size just a day after three men were killed when they attempted to infiltrated Saudi Arabia’s southern border with Yemen. Another ballistic missile fired by Houthi militias on March 16 towards the Yemeni army outpost in al-Dhabbab province in Taiz was also intercepted.

Evidence has proven in the past that Iran supplies Houthi militias in Yemen with their Zalzal-2 missiles. They are an Iranian-developed long-range unguided rockets currently in use by the Iranian military, Hezbollah and the Houthis.

@The Eagle

Sir, this propaganda thread/false news should be closed as I already proved it as a fake earlier in the thread. Moreover the base that they supposedly "hit" lies very close to Riyadh so if this was even remotely true the entire world media would have reported it and footage of this imaginary attack would have been captured in the 1000's. Yet the only thing that was posted so far is propaganda video showing a factory fire that occurred in Egypt in 2014.

A forum such as PDF that aims to be a serious military forum should not allow such obvious propaganda especially not against a close ally like KSA.

@Saif al-Arab You made a point, posted counter arguments then simply move-on as the world does not end here. Also, thread remain open so members can post arguments/counter arguments as well that a news can be proven false or true so no worries.

Thanks
