Can you enlighten me with example of a country where SOEs are generating profits to run the country?

we are 6th largest in manpower. Babylonians do not Let others tax free. we are slaves. so anyone who make our country tax free will be patriotic and sympathetic to the people. rest all are fraud, corrupt and cheaters.
