You shouldn't be generalising as the UN agreement on refugees will collapse. What I find astonishing is that the people who benefited from the UN rights for refugees , the Europeans , are the ones who are criticising it the most. Millions of them were refugees after the 1st and 2nd World wars and were given protection and safety. Don't forget anyone at anytime can become a refugee at any time, may Allah forbid.

Germany need to be strict with immigration and refugees, if anyone is convicted to be a terrorist or terror support they must be immediately prosecuted and immediately deported out of the country.

Social media should be actively scanned for people who have extremist views, this is how the US scans people, and does not grant visa to many from other countries.
