Indian behaviour is opposite of what you are suggesting. India sours up and shows increased pain over time. Hafiz Saeed and Ibrahim are old issues which India is unable to forget and today it is in more pain than it was 2 decades ago. What makes you think Kulbhushan will be forgotten by India or by Pakistan?

As far as International audience is concerned, India will help Pakistan more than Pakistan will help itself.
