Its established fact now that India has used afghan and Iran soil to kill innocent people in Pakistan. I suppose its just case of listening what pleases you .

Pakistan briefed foreign ambassadors, compiled dossiers and handed it out to whoever wanted it, including the United Nations. No one said anything. Issue not raised in either UNGA or UNSC. If your idea of internationalizing it means news items, then you must have a different definition.
