well even if its true, its a good revenge in my opinion -- for india supporting the mukti bahini terrorists
You can rationalize it anyway you want....the point is it happened and your leaders have acknowledged it...
So your statement about the movement being "indegenous" falls flat on its face
mumbai has been attacked several times in the past few decades; none of those attacks had anything to do with Pakistani state; none of those attacks were Kashmir-centric.
Seriously...acting dense and pretending that Mumbai was not related to Kashmir is not going to change the fact that it was and has been proven beyond doubt that it emanated from Pak and was carried out by a group that claims to be Kashmir centric...
You can continue to play the fool....26/11 and its reasons are not for debate.
LeT is banned, it doesnt even exist.
Nice logic...What's the reason to ban it if it doesn't exist?
JuD -- big question mark; but not enough evidence to put their leaders away...provide sufficient proof that implicates them in mumbai thing, and Pakistan would be compelled to act.
prose and words are not evidence
I dont need to debate whether JUD and its leaders were involved or not...
But the fact that LET is a Pakistan based terror group with ties to JUD and recruits terrorists mainly from Punjab province of Pakistan is proof enough to indicate that the Kashmir movement is not indigenous...Pakistan turning a blind eye to these groups played a major role in the Kashmir unrest...
the pot calling the kettle black
Please explain...coz I dont remember ever obfuscating the definition of terrorism....
But Pakistanis justifying terrorism as you have done in this very post speaks loud and clear about the double standards Pakistan maintains wrt terrorism
neither country cares about what irks the other.....we dont need indian to feel ''compassionate'' or any of that nonsense.
I for one do feel badly for civilians and innocents dying....maybe thats wherein lies the problem
But i do think that since both have suffered casualties, and since both are stakeholders on CERTAIN un-avoidable issues -- makes sense to even out the playing field and confront the issues that prevent the countries from moving forward.
That makes no sense...
Pakistan is suffering because it bred the snake of terrorism which is now biting its master....
India is suffering from terrorism emanating from Pakistan...
The common cause here is eliminating terror since now you get a taste of your own medicine....
There is no terrorism emanating from Indian lands into Pak that can be considered to "even the playing field"...terrorism in your lands must be reigned in....India centric or otherwise.
terrorism is a global phenomenon.
Yes...terror attacks have affected a lot of countries....
The breeding ground though remains constant...
Pakistan has done more than its fair share to fight terrorism and extremism.
Has all terror been eliminated from your soil? If not then we still have a problem....
we can debate about the extent of your "share"....but given than Pakistan will not allow foreign operations on your soil, it remains largely your problem and unmitigated based on the current scenario..
The country has sacrificed a lot, financially and monetarily. It's important you realize that. And if you still have reservations or doubts, that is your own problem. Not mine, not ours.
So you do want us to acknowledge your contribution....But the attacks on India have not stopped have they?
26/11 was traced to Pak wasnt it?
So at the end of the day, if peace is truly what Pak wants with India, then Pakistan also needs to acknowledge that India-centric terrorism has to stop and only the GOP and PA can do that...otherwise there will be no end to the diplomatic jabs and the finger pointing that usually leads to India trying to isolate and malign Pak
Once that stops, I think every issue is negotiable and India can actually be of much help in fighting terror with Pak....
