What I described as should and must are theoretical obligations of a government. That is why there is system of separation of powers with checks and balances in what is called the democratic form of government. It is not perfect and harms people and individuals. I have issues. Hitler was elected in a multi party democratic country, wasn't he? Donald Trump? India has been a multi party democratic country for over 70 years. The NPC is the highest organ of State power in China. It is composed of NPC deputies who are elected from 35 electoral units according to the law. The problem is Chinese social credits. If their social credits are clipped, then these folks won't be allowed to fly on airplane anymore. So if they do something that annoys CPC, they may not be allowed to travel to foreign nations.

If you actually look at the facts and compare his use of presidential powers to his predecessors, then he does not seem dictatorial at all. Actually, he seems very mild.

If you look at Obama for example, he used presidential authority to kill American citizens without due process. That is basically throwing the constitution specifically 5th and 14th amendment in the garbage. He also declared war against sovereign nations without the approval of the congress. I guess its too much to ask because people in outside countries love to talk about US politics but know very little of what goes on inside of the United States..
