XI Jinping presents new CPC central leadership

The world worry next 'Mao ZeDong' from China, some China internal issues even now inside the Party need a 'Mao ZeDong'-style strongman to solve them.

I just hope Xi is the man what we searching for --- Chinese strongman, or West Laissez-faire Caplitalism will kill the Party.

a strongman also means a strong determined person understand how to protect Chinese interests, not a coward.

I said this very same thing last year, and everyone here was laughing.

They were saying that Chinese leadership follows succession laws and that the new successor will be unveiled soon.

Is everybody comfortable with seeing Xi Jinping ruling China for next 2-3 decades? (Who knows, Xi Jinping's daughter Xi Mingze may succeed Xi Jinping)

@JSCh @cirr @cnleio @Adam wang @Zsari

Why not? I for one will be more than happy to see Xi lead the country for the next 20 years, by which time China shall be by far the largest economy in the world(2022 140 trillion yuan, 230 trillion 2027, 360 trillion 2032 and 570 trillion 2037. :enjoy:

You don't get a leader of Xi's calibre every day. :D

in time, the successor will be unveiled,i just know what westerns would say:
See,as i tell you china is no demo, see their next president has already been choosen against people's will!!!!!
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let the so-called democracies keep their "one man one vote" system.:lol:

I hope you are just joking. If you are serious about the highlighted statement, it only means that you have no idea about the dynamics of post 1949 China. While family dynasty could run in "democratic" India for decades, it will not happened in "authoritarian" China.

Well this could only mean one thing... the CCP top brass and the military is planing to change the colour of Taiwan somewhere between 2020-2025, which could justify giving Xi a third term.

Isn't it quite obvious a country needs continuous and strong leadership during war time? Think FDR..

Let's give a toast to the new CPC central leadership

Chinese liquor maker shares surge to new high on strong profit growth

Shares in Kweichow Moutai, China's top liquor brand, surged to a new high Thursday morning after the company reported better-than-expected profit growth.

The company filed its unaudited third-quarter report with the Shanghai Stock Exchange Thursday, saying its net profit attributable to shareholders had surged 60.31 percent to 19.98 billion yuan (about 3 billion U.S. dollars) in the first three quarters.:enjoy:

Its revenue rose 59.4 percent to 42.45 billion yuan in the first nine months driven by strong sales. Interest earnings soared by 126.09 percent in the same period to more than 2 billion yuan, the report said.

The company shares rose 6.95 percent at Thursday's opening to 605 yuan per share, exceeding the 600-yuan mark for the first time in its history. The price stood at 600 yuan at the end of morning trading, touching as high as 613 yuan in the morning.

Kweichow Moutai currently has the highest stock price on China's A-share market, much higher than the runner-up, which traded at near 210 yuan per share Thursday.

The China International Capital Corporation (CICC) raised its forecast for the company's target price to 845 yuan on strong Q3 performance. HSBC raised its forecast to 720 yuan.

However, the current price is not the highest in the history of China's stock market.

The former Shanghai Feilo reached a high of 3,550 yuan per share on May 25, 1992, and closed at 3,275 yuan on the same day. The company's name was changed to China Security & Fire Company in 2015 and currently has a price less than 7 yuan per share.

Wish President Xi a successful second term and may Greater China become more prosperous, unified, and powerful five years from now.

I would be glad to see President Xi having yet another term, breaking the norm at least for once.

But, even with him serving two terms only, he is already registered as one of the greatest statesmen in the world and the next leadership will be just as scientific, secular, meritocratic, pragmatic, and patriotic.

Interesting point of view! I would love to see this scenario.

I hope this event will happen under Xi's term, not drag to the next guy in power. I think there's no better man than him to recover Taiwan.
