And if your aunt had balls, she would be your uncle. If you're too poor and useless to field the same quantity or quality of ships that China has, that's your problem. Maybe you should go back to bullying Cambodia instead of a neighbor who can KO you in one punch.

We r talking abt how China can have a stronger army. China have some good weapons, but its soldier have poor discipline , low morale in fighting, only good at surrender, so having better armed still can not make China become stronger.

One VN soldier can face with 4,5 China-US soldiers and willing to fight to the death. But one China dare not fight with 4,5 VN or US soldiers and only think abt surrender in this situation.

Yes, and China has a right to spend its loot however it sees fit. But as more poor see that they have been left behind, the military budget gets called into question, unless there is an external threat that the government can point to.

This is by no means exclusive to China. My country had the "Red" scare, with the infamous bomber gap, McCarthyism, etc. to justify cold war military adventures that could have been skipped for domestic spending instead.

A current example would be our failed "Drug war" that feeds the Prison Industrial Complex.

China owns almost all of its Military gear producers, which means most money spent on the Military goes back to the GDP, not to the offshore bank accounts where it can't be taxed.
