Actually, it is the other way around, legally. The logo is owned by ISPR and he is using it without proper permission.

But Stealth isn't claiming that he owns the idea, rather, the specific image involving the logo itself. For example, I do not own the Corolla IP, but Toyota can't take a painting of mine showing a Corolla and not pay me. ISPR is getting away with free labour.

Using an official logo without prior permission for any other use is illegal.

Can that apply to a logo belonging to a public institution? How is the armed forces insignia by nature any different from the Pakistani flag?

You should try at least once and visit their (ISPR) office if they ignore you, then move on but please try once

I am much aware about DRM. I am not doing any illegal work. I didn't change the logo attributes. I replicated into 3D version which never consider as "illegal". I am not using their logo anywhere on the web site, selling articles or apparels.

You may be correct, but please be extra careful with such logos in Pakistan, that is all I will say. Better to get permission first rather than assuming you have it due to the reasons you have mentioned.

This logo belongs to the Army. Using it or manipulating it without official permission comes with its own risks. That is all.
