How about this...Pakistan attacks Bangladesh and Bangladesh attacks Pakistan. Pakistan nukes Bangladesh and Bangladesh "borrows" a few nukes from Bharat and nukes Pakistan back. The world gets so upset with India and Pakistan that they start nuking India and Pakistan. End of WW3 and that pesky problem of Pakistan and India being nuke powers
