Taliban supporters (like Orya Maqbool Jan) have now openly started supporting Taliban and declaring that Pakistani Constitution is kufr. When they were asked for their Proofs, then all of them were able to bring Only One Argument of "Bank Interest System" and thus for them Pakistani Constitution is Kafir constitution.

Pakistani Constitution is not kafir, but Interest System is mistake of our Rulers
According to Pakistani Constitution, the federal Sharia court declared interest system as non Islamic. This decision was challenged in the Supreme Court in 90s . And supreme court gave government the time till 2001 to remove the interest system, but our rulers were unable to acomplish this task.
Therefore, if the interest system still in place in Pakistan, then it is not the fault of Pakistani Constitution, but the fault of our rulers. Saudia and UAE have a lot of oil money, but despite trying they are still unable to acomplish this task. The Islamic government of Turkey, the Islamic government of Ikhwans in Egypt, Islamic Iran ... none of them was able to acpomplish this task.

Raising of weapons by Taliban against Pakistani State
Sahih Muslim Hadith
Hadith 4573 Narrated by Awf ibn Malik
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: The best of your rulers are those whom you love and who love you, who invoke God's blessings upon you and you invoke His blessings upon them. And the worst of your rulers are those whom you hate and who hate you and whom you curse and who curse you. It was asked (by those present): Shouldn't we overthrow them with the help of the sword? He said: No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you then find anything detestable in them, you should hate their administration, but do not withdraw yourselves from their obedience.

Taliban claim to be the fighting for the sake of Islam, but Islam and Quran has not gone beyond their throats. This one Hadith is enough to destroy whole Taliban Mentality.

ISLAMABAD: In a major step towards the Islamisation of Pakistan’s banking sector, the government has appointed reputed Islamic scholar Maulana Justice (retd) Taqi Usmani as Chairman of the Sharia Board of the State Bank of Pakistan.
In addition to this, Saeed Ahmad, chairman of the recently constituted steering committee to promote Islamic banking, is also being appointed as Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan to ensure that the conventional banking system is replaced by the Islamic banking system as per the teachings of Islam and in line with the provisions of the 1973 Constitution.

Justice (retd) Taqi Usmani, a leading scholar of Islam and a globally recognised expert on Islamic banking, when approached told The News that he had accepted the responsibility following the government’s assurance to promote the Islamic banking system so that the conventional riba-based system is replaced.

Justice (retd) Taqi Usmani expressed his satisfaction over the role assigned by the government to Saeed Ahmad, who is an actuary, has vast experience of Islamic banking and is a graduate of the London School of Economic, UK, and Harvard University, USA.

Only recently, Yaseen Anwar, Governor SBP, in his speech for the promotion of Islamic Banking had said that Pakistan, with more than a 95 percent Muslim population, and a constitutional obligation of ensuring a riba-free economic system, has had a favourable response to Islamic finance.

He said Pakistan is amongst the pioneers of Islamic finance as we started planning for nurturing the Shariah compliant financial system way back in the 1970s, and made a bold attempt in the 1980s to bring the whole banking and financial system in conformity with Shariah principles.

He added that the pioneering work of the 1980s, particularly on the legal and regulatory front, has been a source of guidance and inspiration for many countries that initiated Islamic finance in the 1980s and 90s.

The governor SBP said that Islamic finance during the last four decades has witnessed considerable progress at the global front. Besides the traditional Islamic finance markets of the Middle East, financial centers across various Western countries are also accepting and recognising the viability and utility of this alternate financial system.

Sources said work is also under progress to Islamise the already announced Rs100 billion loan scheme for the youth of this country. Maryam Nawaz, Chairperson of the newly launched Rs100 billion Youth Business Loan scheme, had informed The News a few weeks back that these loans would be offered through a Sharia compliant scheme.

The sources said that at present, the National Bank of Pakistan and Meezan Bank are closely working on a system whereby the youth loan scheme is converted into an interest/riba-free Islamic loan scheme.

Who ever they are, they are animals but what would you call judiciary and govt. which has freed all terrorists.
There is no point in going after terrorists in voids, until we charge the people who released captured terrorists and has been cursing army for the sake of it.
I can name, Asma Jehangir, Hamid Mir Jaffar, Cheap Justice, Rehman Malik.... there is actually a longs list.
Those uneducated criminals would have been all finished, if we didn't had above stated instruments of terror.
Now, since army is out there they should in parallel, get Pakistan clean of these bastards.

Keep crying baby---Islam and democracy is not compatible!

Please point out the article/clause in Pakistani constitution which you believe is "kufr"

Sorry sir jee, i wanted to say Democracy is not compatible with, In democracy ALLAH (swt) is the "Hakim" while in democracy peoples are "Hakims"---estegfirullah. Nothing wrong with pakistani constitution, since in our constitution all laws should be according to Quran and sunnah. The problem is these laws are not implemented!

 taqi Usmani is said to be govt appointed person who lures people in the name of interest-free banking whereas there NO such banking in Pakistan. the so-called Islamic banking currently offered by few banks are NOT interest free

Can you please elaborate the bold part more further. Since common Pakistanis normally take the Islamic Banking as ribba free. (PS: I am here discussing only pure Islamic Banks in Pakistan, like meezan bank)

@Topic
well TTP is out of question, they don't know what Islam is. So i would suggest better discuss Islamic System or TTP. Both can't be part of same discussion.

Certainly there are many laws especially procedures which are not islamic. e.g. Backbones like financial system, judiciary system, even taxation it self speak about unjust. Islamic law speaks about equality, and fair distribution of resources, which also drawback of our Pakistani system. By added, 6 points in constitution, whole system can't become Islamic, there is lot of struggle which is required to be done.

btw demand to implement islamic system is from 78% Pakistanis not some small bunch of war mongers. Issue is they are exploiting these loophole in the system.

First Bank to get him on Shairah board was Meezan bank where his son was the decision maker. Highest interest rate, financing only to profit bearing industry, ban on green field project financing. etc etc etc.

Can you please elaborate the bold part more further. Since common Pakistanis normally take the Islamic Banking as ribba free. (PS: I am here discussing only pure Islamic Banks in Pakistan, like meezan bank)
As per my personal experience Islamic banking has the highest interest rate :) making fool of people.
