It will take only 10 minutes to bring Marshal law but army doesn't want to takeover. They will continue to give Nawaz Shariaf government chances to change its course, and focus on economy and stop borrowing money from IMF.

Maybe Army is waiting for Pakistan to file for bankruptcy and western countries demanding Pakistan to fold it's nuclear program before they will provide a bail out package.

In my humble opinion, Marshal law plus plan is the only way to fix the broken corrupt system.

I think Army should take over, banned all the corrupt political parties and complete the CPEC. For new government set up, ask the educated Pakistani living in west to come and be part of government.

Pakistan needs new setup and new people.
We can not allow and afford to have same corrupt people keep coming back in power.

I guess people should support democracy ....... Of course democracy takes much more time than Military rule, but democracy is where the power will be with people and I think people of Pakistan should give it more time. Just my opinion.

i will support military coup only by raheel sharif. musharaf, zia, yahya did much damage to pak. ayub khan was just ok. pak made good progress in his tenure but his 65 war was ill planned. later on tashkand agreement was a blunder. the successor he made was his biggest blunder.

Suppose there are 100 Votes that goes to A,B and C parties.........A party gets 40 votes, B party 30 Votes, C party 30 Votes,

then who is the WINNER.....== Party A ....That is BullShit:hitwall:

A party that is REJECTED by Majority of People 60 votes goes against to Party A....then why they are declared Winners.

So in the end.....JAMHORIAT may logo ko Gina jata hay...Toola nahi jata

Iam in a support of government formed by CONSENSES by sane people instead of Democracy...It is a System, where sane people vote can be nullified by Group of illiterates...Just like Modi the Butcher is Elected as PM of India......nothing to say more......Aqalmand k liay Eshara kafi hay
.
Rise a Knight....Yayyyyyy :smitten:

According to me there wont be any coup. The problem if there is a Military rule is the Military is blamed for all the negatives experienced in their tenure. They have a risk of losing their power & direct roles in the financial deals, if there is any sudden public uprising & country backlash to throw the Military rule, which will put all their peaceful swiss & panama piling endeavors at stake

They are safe to have a puppet & remote control, the so called democratic leader from behind. So for all the failures, the blames are put on the political leader not the military. They throw some biscuits to these artists to go on with the show as long as they don't revolt. If you look at Nawaz sharif's face in all international meetings & speech, you can tell from his body language & interest, whether he's the leader or a puppet. Unfortunately the whole country thinks he's the villain & incapable leader & Raheel Sharif is a hero.

Given the international image, present economic & chaotic internal situation of Pakistan, I really doubt the Military will be foolish to sit on the hot seat.

Advantages of democracy :
- People have the power to change the government if they didn't do well
- The government always takes policy decisions with everyone one in mind (including the minorities)
- It can get good support from the other democracies for development

Disadvantages :

- This is really bad when majority of the population is uneducated (Under this circumstance democracy becomes a dictatorship under those who have money and power )
- Policy decisions will take a very long time to get implemented
- There will be a lot of hinderance for rapid development
- Containing corruption is very tough in a democracy (because the policy makers are the main culprits now )

But still I support democracy, since a dictatorship under a mindless ruler can create catastrophe to the world.

Nope, military itself is corrupt. I mean do anyone seriously believe Kiyani had no idea about his own brother corruption?
