The shoreline protection comes under the PCB of the state. And the state's machines were faulty as evidenced in the article. Why don't you ask why those machines were faulty? Whose pockets were filled to buy faulty machines? Who was the service contractor who maintained those machines? Why no discussion about that?
As if Tamils will ever listen to truth.
