So 77 is the perfect spot for fast development, back in the 1950s there was nothing there to corrupt. That could be the only time which had no corruption in the whole history. Everything was strictly rationed. For corruption, first you've got to have something to give and take.

Zia was a power hungry corrupt MoF, who looted $100 million from the country and this was in the 80s. What we need is Edhi and other decent people not generals or feudal landlords, or families run parties.

India is far less corrupt than Pakistan. That is shameful for us that country as piss poor and backward as India is less corrupt than PK. This is due to decent leadership, and democracy - accountability and some semblance of obedience to the laws of that land.
