China has violated the DOC signed by China with Asean countries recently, China changed the status quo in SCS. What china will do there in Paracel and in Spratly is considered as illegal.

China's is establishing the historical status quo which has been bothered by the small countries and the Uncle US.

It was VN and PH that started island development as early as the 1970s, by the way.
