Changsha is catching up...

I think we should keep building for another decade then we should just have a rest to enjoy our mordern life and introduce more new technologies.

Dude, Changsha has higher GDP per capita than ours. ($17639 vs $16039 in 2014).
Such a nice second tier city, I enjoy walking on the riverside park of Xiang River!
Only 1.5 hour by bullet train from Wuhan to Changsha(362km), I travel to Changsha very often at weekends, even one-day to and back!

That's a good cross province life style. Drive a car from Wuhan to Changsha need to take 4-5 hours that my former colleagues tried several times.

U mean Wuhan's Wuhan Tiandi? Same property company as Shanghai's Xintiandi.
It was built in the former military factories where my mother worked before they were bankrupted.

Yup, that's what I am talking about. Shui On Property, same developer for Shangahai Xin Tiandi. Between Xin Tiandi and the Bund, that's almost my second home, can hang out there 3 nights in a row from Thursday night!

Shanghai's Xintiandi is within 15-minute walk from my rented apartment.
Nice place indeed, but as a poor student, i can only afford Starbucks there.
Someone did treat me there, German food sucks, other schools of food good.
