i said we have no money problem it doesn't mean we can develop actually all it's depend on railway minister. and our railway minister is mamata banerjee so forget it. bcoz her all focus on next election not on railway. you can say today railway as "ministry without minister."

It is not money talks as from the Thousands – if not more – of Mr. RiazHaq’s Posts-Articles-Blogs you will be convinced that India is indeed a very poor country with Hundreds of Millions Indians Starving, without Toilets, atrocious Health & Welfare facilities, extremely poor Education system, terrible life style, Millions upon Millions of Children dying due to disease and malnutrition indeed as per Mr. RiazHaq India is a failed state.

As such it is not that Money Talks but the priorities of the Indian Government to give its people some, if not all, facilities and help for bettering their lives.

The greatest beneficiary will be the small Kashmiri Trader who will, once Baramula is fully connected by the Indian Railways to every corner of India, not have to sell to the Big Traders but take the next train and go & sell his products in any part of India where he makes the maximum profit.

Thus it is all about “Public Service” which eventually helps the people to get the maximum benefits and thereby eventually benefits the Economy.

If “Money Talked” then Pakistan being a much richer Country than India and also having a much better infrastructure would have a better Railway System than India.

i think there is no rail network in Pakistan occupied kashmir u no why Bcoz they spend there all money in other sector(_____,______).

This is very good. However, i think this is too slow. If India starts developing good infrastructure in kashmir, all militants will just stop killing and start working their.
