World Exclusive: F-16 Block-52 Flying With J-10C

.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The Rafale with RBE2 would be able to to go toe-to-toe with the J-10C in the air-to-air regime while boasting greater payload capacity and a greater # of hardpoints. The upgraded Su-30MKI with AESA radars would be more than sufficient to handle the rest, including the Block IIIs.

The J-10C is indeed a significant upgrade for the PAF but keep in mind that the IAF has already been training and DACT-ing with a J-10C-class fighter - namely the Rafale - since summer of 2020. This is not to dismiss the fact that there are more Rafales in India than there are J-10Cs in Pakistan.
Where is SU-30 with AESA radar? Have you seen one! How many AESA capable flankers does India operate or even under production to be delivered to India???

PAF has also been hunting Flankers and Rafale equivalent fighters for decades.

So what's your point other than comparing Pakistan's current capabilities with some Indian's wishlist??

I would give you the taste of your own medicine here 👇

The PAF's J-35, J-20 and TFX would fry your AESA carrying flankers and french Rafale and don't even have to mention the flying samosa 😜. PAF/PLAAF have been "DACT-ing" the real original flankers and Rafales. How many of the original J-10, J-20, J-35, JF-17, TFX you have the access to  :omghaha:

Nope, no one is getting ahead of themselves here.

Upgraded Su-30MKI would get DESTROYED by the JF-17 Block 3 as the Chinese fighter would have better electronics/radar and missile. Russia has nothing that can compete with the PL-15, which is a Meteor class missile.

Well,India having 36 Rafales is not much more than 25 that PAF will be getting.

Like I say the IAF dominance of the skies over S Asia is well and truly gone for decades to come now.
We have a ton of variety to choose from the next fifth generation fighters J-35 and J-20 could be inducted in emergency anytime when need arises and TFX would come online with "indigenous perks" too. So PAF is gonna dominate the IAF for sure, outrange/outtech/outclass in every field.

Would upgrading the F16s to incorporate Chinese weapons matter given it's unlikely the US will give any latest weapons to Pak unless there is a big war they need Paks help with again.

I was thinking about this

But isn't this basically the JF-17, which was also meant to be affordable?

Plus if they make an identical clone, there may be some legal issues potentially

Can't integrate other weapons ( beside the one already cleared by US for the PAF ) without the code from the US. If new weapons are to be added per the US permission then they be the US weapons cleared for PAF not non-US.

If you like at PAF on the F-16 Operations then one can see that the PAF is very content with what they have an what the platform can deliver for it, it's the Fan Boys that have issue with what it is ( F-16s ) not allowed to do.

we wait for cheap 5th gen

It’d make sense for them to.
There is a constant struggle ongoing between futuristic ideas and pragmatism on how they will actually be applied. You don’t want accidental launches or otherwise(tangential pun intended) just because you inducted a highly advanced system in numbers but didn’t train personnel on it enough. That has happened when it came to UAV operations early on and even with UCAV ops.
