That's 100 million dollars for Sindh Water Irrigation Programme
There are number of relevant projects by World Bank so not sure if it's combined for all or one of them. I know just one of these projects costs about 84 million dollars with committed amount of about 60 million dollars by World Bank, you can check the exact figures from one of the following website
