31. Air Canada
55. WestJet

I'm sorry but Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever had the displeasure of flying with. Their service is a joke, their business model is of an economy airline, there ticket pricing is of a full service premium airline, their interior layout is horrible, their scheduling is horrendous, I could honestly keep going on forever. I don't think anyone even in Canada wants to fly Air Canada if they can get a Westjet flight.

Meh fine for me. The worst that I've encountered was Kuwait airways.

Once we were the trendsetters..
RIP PIA indeed. :hang2:

A worthy top five, simply exceptional airlines, great food, fantastic staff and an all round lovely experience. These airlines are my go to all the time.

Etihad> Emirates in my experience.

Better food, and much better ambiance of the economy cabin. Not sure how these awards are given? They probably put too much emphasis of business class/first class luxuries? Airlines should be judged on their economy class service---since that's where most travelers travel from.

They're good, so they're ranking was a little strange. Although the rest are very spot on having flown them.
