Working on giving India access to Defence technology: US

Russia sells all its high tech weapons to china, it has not affected its relationship with India in any way. so why would India bugying us equipment be a problem for them

.
When Sino- Russian defense relationship didn't affect Russians csloe ties with India, then they have no right to complain about India buying high tech US weaponary

.
American are like devil you have to sell your soul and your loved ones too before getting your wish granted. Don't expect forget about over expecting. They just want India to be their pet so even Moscow will deny their toys.

.
So, sell systems for cheap, and then screw them over with maintenance costs?

lol, joking, but it's not really surprising. The Russian have a better model for profit making, they're not in number one place because the US has a bigger market share.

Russia is moving on in terms of just sales to joint production now with India that is the future scope of defence ties with Russia,

The Americans aren't keen on emphasis on after sales or as you say maintenance cost and want the minimum possible obligations on it so that the transactions are much smoother.

Its a good thing to learn high tech weapons form US . But we must be able to use them with Indian Weapon system . If not no use of having ToT ....
