US is far from starting any nuke war first in today's' world. rest of your comments are pure US bias and not grounded in today's reality. The START treaty shows that the US is keen to reduce the inventory of nuclear weapons for quite some time.

the next nuke attack will be started by either N Korea, Iran or some nation that has had terrorists get their hands on their nuclear material. The latter being the most scary and most likely of all scenarios to happen
