I read a speech by an R.S.S. leader where he blamed the Women for wearing immoral clothing for rapes.

The comments underneath were strange. A lot of the Muslim commenters agreed with the R.S.S. leader.

And a week after, a prominent Muslim leader in Kerala said the exact same thing.
