Life can be great in the US but it just depends on who you are and what class you are. If you’re a financially successful person who lives in a nice suburb, life can be damn near perfect.

But the problem is that our government is very incompetent and corrupt so social problems are allowed to fester. Also, the billionaires control everything and they greedily refuse to invest in society so the boot gets heavier on the necks of the poor and middle class.

It’s about the same. Philly is pretty terrible. Chicago is a war zone. San Francisco has major swathes that look like the video of Philly I’ve posted.

Actually, if you are rich, most countries are always good for you. But what is great about a country is the ability to treat and apply law equally on all its citizens and exercise enforcement to protect all its citizen. By selective practicing, it has failed is duty and create an unfair society with friction bound to happen.
