LAHORE (92 News) – The victim has declared Waqarul Hassan, one of the two accused who surrendered to the Model Town CIA police, as innocent.
Sources said that the footage of Waqar was sent to the victim. However, more facts will come to knowledge after the DNA test.
Earlier on Saturday night, Waqarul Hassan had surrendered to the police and denied his involvement in the Motorway gang-rape case.
In his statement, Waqarul Hassan stated that he had dissociated himself from the main accused Abid Ali long ago.
He said that his mobile number was used his brother-in-law Abbas who had been in contact with Abid Ali. He said that Abbas would also surrender to the police soon.
Waqarul Hassan said that he had never visited the area. The police have shifted the accused to an unknown location after taking his DNA sample.
Sources said that the accused had given proofs of his innocence and offered to be taken before the victim.
Meanwhile, the police claimed that accused Abid Ali would be arrested soon.

This is a heinous crime for which the people have rightly become incensed. But I want to caution other commenters from using this disgusting crime against all of humanity as a way to malign Pakistan. Lets be clear...our sister was raped and the people came out demanding justice. Here in the US, a man accused of rape threatened his victim again and was shot by police and the people rioted in defense of the rapist.

Both are lunatic involved in Road Rage, and especially MPA husband has an attitude to resolve the issue on the tip of his power. There are such people in PTI who are enemies of Imran Khan and want to make his government fail. Such people should be thrown out of the party. The rest of the judges and lawyers are also scoundrels.

Aristotle, I think Fawd Enisten have been doing the same thing in the past who are still opposing the execution even after so many abuses.God forbid it if all happens with his wife or sister or mother or any family members, then we will ask what you think. Isn't the punishment for stealing in Islam? Not to be stoned for adultery? And what do you mean by such a reaction from the people? But from the ministers and the educated classes? Are those people who you refer to bright minds are ignorant liberal mindset?
