i'm sure it was an honest accident and not at all intentional...wouldnt serve anybody

but still a very unfortunate incident.....it's easy for the locals to hear rumors that it was intentional, given the level of suspicion and anger in occupied Kashmir

I would call this as a murder, rather than a accident.
Kashmir hosts the worst men of IA, the most ruthless and brutal.

I am sure, the driver must havent stopped but expected her to stop seeing it as a Army vehical, or just ignored her and ran her over, as murders by IA are common in Kashmir.
