For ballistic missiles we make our own solid rocket motors and now most of them are local designs I don't know anything about Cruse missiles.

Do some Muslim countries, friendly to Pakistan, such as Turkey (or perhaps some members of the GCC), expect Pakistan to provide a nuclear umbrella? If so, does that necessitate a long range arsenal or at the very least these nations to help fund the Pakistani arsenal’s expansion and modernization of the arsenal within the self-limited 2750 km range?

Turkey, being a NATO member, is already under the U.S. nuclear umbrella. The idea of Pakistan providing a nuclear umbrella to Turkey is not a topic of serious discussion in strategic circles.

We, as Pakistan, have a powerful nuclear arsenal that can offer strong protection, something the GCC countries might be interested in for their security. If we decide to extend this shield to them, it's a significant commitment on our part. In return, it's only fair that the GCC compensates us adequately and ensures we get oil and gas at cheaper rates. This helps boost our economy and supports our people. Through such an arrangement, the GCC gets the safety they're seeking, and we, in Pakistan, get the financial and energy resources we need.
