With possible Iranian Israeli escalation in the region how should Turkey position itself?

How should Turkey position itself? Obviously we should stay neutral but we need to take precautions.

Possible precautions:
1. In case Israel Iran war escalates, turn of the radar that protects Israel
2.Iran Israel war will be in Syria first so create buffer zone to keep militants and refugees in Syria
3. If Israel starts to smash main land Iran, secure a wall, and create buffer zone in Iran for refugees.
4. Use diplomacy to stop the Iranian Israeli war

What Syria should or shouldn't do is not my business. Although I expect Iran will prepare limited reprisals for Israel in future israeli strikes. I could be wrong but who knows.

I don't think Syria can retrieve the Golan anytime soon.
