With eye on Turkey, Arabs look to mend ties with Al Assad

No... Saddam Hussein is really well seen in the Maghreb region. And the irony of that event... is that uttering the name of Saddam... An Arab Figure is hitting Iraqis on the nerve and that say a lot about "Arabitization" of a Nation...
As you glorify him... most of you guys don't... whatever could be the reason... that's what's happening.

To be against a Gov behavior on a particular event doesn't equal being against a certain "Idea of Arabs"... but to make it better in the future...
I, share with many in this subject ACROSS the region... That UAE foreign Policies are the one of a useless/selfish brat who is in need of recognition... They did it in Libya... Syria and even in Yemen... when they get themselves against KSA actions...

Every Arab action isn't always a "right one"... and the moment "Arabs" start to understand that... we will finally able to work together for a better regional policies... otherwise it will be as today... where every single country will play his own music whenever it fits him... and Division is the best Ally of Foreign forces...
Some brats shall first be teached a lesson... and then the right work begin...

But if Arabs can't understand it by words and need a slap to wake up... then so be it... let the slap happen... We all learn... whatever the hard way or not... AND if even after the slap they are still asleep/can't clean the rotten fruits among the good ones... Then they shall let the place to whoever can... As it was the case Few hundreds years ago... when they stubbornly kept their Old ways, even in front of the "fait accompli"... Then Alhamdulillah... otherwise most of the Muslim world wouldn't be Muslim nowadays...
You know the ones who hate him are Kurds are Iran’s loyalists.

Ask American.

We all know US designs, but the more pertinent question is why does KSA insist on beginning wars which it ends up losing anyways? Syria first, now Yemen and Libya.

It is against the interests of KSA, so it seems KSA leadership has completely sold away its sovereignty. US demands are becoming increasingly expensive.

he lives in his own made up reality. read his posts about other topics as well. he is like the forum clown.

How does this topic concern Sri Lanka? Mind your own business.

Dude you support a muderous regime that killed 1500 people of its own citizens (even a single murder is a big tragedy). Not only do you deserve insults but also same treatment that your murderous regime is handing to citizens who are opposed to your nonsensical shia expansionism.

Iran is not much better either. They supported the US in two wars to topple their neighbors, Iraq and Afghanistan, and supported the same wicked people in those nations whom US favored.

Iran backed a bloodthirsty atheist murderer, Assad, in Syria to slaughter his people, even bringing Hezbollah and Afg/Pak shia terrorists there, Fatimayoun and Zanabiyoun, and attacked Aramco oil fields which put KSA in further schizophrenic mode.

Both KSA and Iran are playing games with the lives of their own people and other Muslim countries.

This is why a third conciliatory approach is needed. It is being championed by Turkey, Qatar, Pakistan, and other countries we wish to prevent further Muslim fratricide.

Iraq, syria, lybia, and every decade Egypt..

Well... let's say that when the US came... there was "others" than Kurds who liked his end...

Ssddsm, other than his nationalism is a monkey and retard who caused us including all of.my family great suffering with all his recklessly planned wars, bringing severe sanctions on us. The only good thing about him compared to our current government is that he strongly cared about his country.

Everyone wanted him gone in 2003 due to the sanctions, the country was dying. I remember being in Iraq in 2004, there weren't even any grocery stores. You had to rely on local set up stands selling some food, economically it was dead.

All the achievements were pre Saddam, he inherited something good and trashed it. Because he wasn't meant to rule, too much policy based on pride rather than logic.

Iraq Syria and Libya were doing very well before American intervention. Do you think Turkey would do well if the US air force cane and bombed it to the ground, and no you don't stand a chance in stopping their air force.

Gulf states have been protected by the US, likewise Turkey had been shielded by NATO from the USSR. This is why you're not doing too bad in comparison to us
