You are looking at it wrong. There wouldn't be any money here (related to ebay) if the company's branch was not launched here. Agreed that the profits are going overseas. Of course they will, the owner is a foreigner. But think about the jobs ebay has created and its investments in India. This increases India's economy as well.

We have some of our own. They are rising fast as well. Whether they will overtake ebay or not, I can't say. But yes, a good share of e-commerce business is Indian.

Untill we have manufactuing in India, either way Flipkart (who sells chinese products ) or amazon who sells (American Made In China products), the money is going to go overseas.
