Will the Durand line accepted?

.

Is this a concern at all? Will they accept the durand line and therefore Pakistan's sovereignty?
Their only problem is free movement for families. If pakistan offers a way to solve that by opening new crossings or easing the tazkara/visa regime they wouldnt have any issues but it would take time until there are no foreign actors and their proxies. As far as recognition of border goes they know their people have ran after this silly narrative to unite pashtun lands in past. But it's a double edged sword as the tajik uzbek and hazara may want to finishoff their borders with Tajikistan Uzbekistan and iran respectively.they would never want a disproportionately stronger Pashtun heartland that controls Afghanistan.
Result will be balkanization, talban are not nationalist by nature therefore talban would neither go for lar o bar idea nor will they recognize it as it may have them lose popularity.
However Pakistan should get ready for there will be an extensive demand of sharia law soon esp. In FATA areas so Pakistan has to manage accordingly..

I dont know, to me it seem that all Afghans seem to have an issue with Pakistan maintaining its sovereignity. Why can't they accept that an ethnic group can exist over more than one country?

.
Pakistani Pashtuns oppose this to are they against our sovereignty? I don’t wanna derail this but under mushraf we had no sovereignty USA disregarded it freely droning our fata village peoples!

What environment.
Do we also want talibans roaming here too.
Half of the country is celebrating for their morons.
They don't know what to celebrate for. There is a reason for it. Pakistan has successfully uprooted the indian stooges and terror network from Afghanistan.
Not because we love these goons.
Pakistan public is really not able to process this much. They would die if they think this much.
They are as as much Afghans get pro pakistan. Not more then that. This time they have support of China, Russia, USA, Turkey, Iran. They won't need us that bad.
They would even invite india. Soon.
And I would love to see those cheering pakistanis reaction then. I am sure they would find a werid illogical reasoning for that.
We are the ones that nurtered them and now if our interest are not served such as ttp and durand line and bra and bla. Then we do have to think about it.
There is something in the air of kabul.
There is something in the water of kabul.
No matter how much we raise them in beautiful hillstation of quetta and raised them on sweet water. But as soon as they reach kabul. They attitude towards pakistan change. The water give them the ability to hate pakistan.
We must be cautious and the fan boys must be controlled.

It doesn't matter if families are being divided. Many Indian Muslims who now live in Pakistan haven't seen their families for 50 odd years because they live in India.
What should they do? Follow Pushtoon logic and ask for the borders to be demolished?.
A country is defined by its geographical boundaries. No boundaries, no country.

There's another solution. If tribes on the border don't want the border between them and Afghanistan then draw the border on this side and don't let them enter Pakistan, they cam enter Afghanistan and live with them happily ever after.

I don't think it is matter anymore.
Talibans are now politicians. They would never give any unpopular statement.
But I think if we have fought so hard for them shattered our name and reputation then it must be for something. I think we have a secret understanding.
And they have let us built all the fence. What is the issue?
You have built the fence.
No it can't be removed. No matter who ever cry. Even Afghan government or Afghanistan taliban both did give some random statements but not from their heart. Its a public please nothing more.
97 percent is fenced.
100 percent would be.
Pakistan has controlled smuggling to great extent.
And after that the only issue left is visa free travel. That's what taliban has asked. And that's the inky thing they have asked us yet.
It can be. Allowed for the families living on both sides of border or some students etc. But overall a pakistani require visa to enter Afghanistan so does Afghanistani require a visa to enter pakistan.
Pakistan can carry a list. Only phustoon friendly to Pakistan, relative to Pakistani phustoons can be given exceptions. Their id card can be visa and it should be noted. They would be allowed to stay few days.

data is there if competence can manage it and Taliban are quite nationalists.

I am sure Pakistan will offer them Kartarpur+ formula.

It’s not feasible otherwise tajik,Uzbek n hazara all want to unite with their respected countries Tajikistan,Uzbekistan n Iran, their will be no afghanistan

That'll be hard as ethnic Pashto peoples are in multiple Pakistani cities. If you want safety for all of Pakistan then a Hard border must exist between Iran/Pakistan, Afghanistan/Pakistan, and India/Pakistan.

There is one way, start sending the refugees back to Afghanistan and those who want to stay should be given citizenship after a few years. Create strong economic ties between Afghan/Pak and promote peace.

Honestly, This likely has nothing to do with "families". This likely has to do with the smuggling trade that the Taliban need to survive. People underestimate the Taliban but they are very shrewd. They're thinking about the future problems with the west in terms of sanctions and economic strife. Afghanistan will collapse without the 3 billion yearly aid received from the west. Pakistan border is the biggest conduit for smuggling and Pakistan is the biggest customer. If the policymakers were smart they would use Intelligence agencies to start smuggling ops with both Iran and eventually Afghanistan.. But most policymakers in Pakistan don't have that sort of foresight. What will happen to the weapons if there is no buyer.. It will likely land in the hands of terrorists and warlords. Pakistan should take every opportunity to fill the power and political vacuum left by the Indians, the west, and opposing Afghanis.

.
Do they have same views about there border with other countries?
There signalling is quite vague...I think they are not even serious about ttp ...Pakistan should also wait to recognize them ..and not being too soft in approach...they are also playing on certain things

Durand line is internationally recognised border by all nations in the world. As far as I know there is no nation in the world who does not recognise Durand line as an International border except Afghanistan so it doesn’t really matter whether they accept or not.. they will have to live with it…

Taliban in the past have never shown any concern about Durand Line so I am guessing it won’t be an issue. For the time being it’s going to be least of concern for Taliban as they want to focus on core issues of Afghanistan

1) Pakistan needs to put this pressure indirectly from neighbouring countries (specially China) on TB to publish their official map as a precondition for recognizing TB as a Government. I firmly believe that Chinese can deliver that msg very clearly.

2) Offer a digital visa/ETA/identification system for the tribes living on both sides of International Border, so their movement is easier (NADRA can maintain those records.). Not every Afghan gets the free pass.

Modern day nation states don't run on legacy of kingdoms and their conquered territories!

Studying what other nations do, when indigenous peoples on border are divided by the boundary should provide options for the two nations to consider. Such as visa free travel for people of a designated tribe, but must cross through approved crossing points for the sake of security and to prevent smuggling.
